HOW MUCH DOES IT COST IN EVERYDAY LIFE?
Save money by switching to electric.

economical charging
Charging an electric vehicle costs less than filling up with fuel on a daily basis, especially at home, where the price per kWh is lower.

lower maintenance costs
Maintaining an electric vehicle costs, on average, 20%* less than maintaining an equivalent internal combustion-powered vehicle. Regenerative braking also reduces the stress on the brake pads and discs, limiting their wear and tear during everyday use.
* Based on maintenance data and the rates recommended by Dacia, and assuming normal use in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations, the average maintenance cost of an electric vehicle can be estimated to be 20 % lower than that of an equivalent combustion-powered vehicle. The savings mentioned are for informational purposes only and may vary depending on the model, trim level, mileage, vehicle usage conditions, adherence to the manufacturer’s maintenance schedule, and the rates charged by the network of authorised repairers.

DO YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS?
Household and public charging stations operate on alternating current (AC), while highway fast-charging stations deliver direct current (DC). Since the battery in your new Dacia Spring operates on direct current, the built-in charger automatically converts alternating current to direct current during a standard charge.
Various factors can affect the driving range of your electric vehicle:
- speed and type of journey for regenerative braking (urban, open road, motorway)
- outside temperature (use of heating or air conditioning)
- driving style (abrupt acceleration, late braking leading to excessive fuel consumption)
- vehicle load, because the heavier the vehicle, the more fuel it consumes (passengers, luggage, trailer, etc.)
For home use, choose a 7.4 kW single-phase AC or 11 kW three-phase AC charging station, with a Mode 3 Type 2 cable (included as standard). For a more secure connection, use the Flexicharger cable (optional).
Your Dacia dealership can help you choose the charge solution that best suits your setup and needs. The charge solution can be ordered at the same time as your vehicle. Through our partner, you’ll receive support all the way through to installation.
